Bauke Vree is a motivated construction professional with over 25 years of experience in projects in commercial and industrial construction. Over the years he has specialised himself in design management, but he also worked in other roles within several different countries. By combining his practical experience and his analytical skills Bauke can work and manage effectively within the client and design team.
Bauke maintains high working standards and showcases strong and clear leadership as a Design Manager. He can ‘drive’ a project to achieve the project targets and will strive for a quality product. He uses his skills and interpersonal skills to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external project stakeholders in order to achieve project goals.
Being open to innovation and different points of view is key to his performance. Bauke believes that new technology and management techniques (BIM, prefabrication, collaboration, etc) will help the construction industry to build in a safer and more sustainable manner and to achieve higher quality and better cost effectiveness.
