Jess has a construction-side background and leverages this understanding and skill set to steer project results, emphasising time cost and quality parameters. She builds strong relationships with client and consultant teams, and manages multiple workstreams efficiently to meet deliverables.
Jess is technically competent, with a background in engineering, and is studying towards the PMP and PRINCE2 Foundation certifications in 2023. She imbeds robust processes and best practices into her projects.
Her project experience includes fitouts and new builds for Council, community and government.
