Matt is a respected Project Director with 20+ years’ international and local experience in delivering complex projects across a range of sectors. He has developed a wealth of strategic and leadership skills from senior roles in project consultancy and construction management. TBIG also benefits from his commercial foresight developed as the Director of his own professional consultancy where he built a strong reputation across multiple large scale projects, applying his deep knowledge of business case development, commercial alignment, risk management, financial modelling, contract training and management, procurement and supply chains and programming for best commercial outcomes.
Always applying a commercial lens, Matt has an international perspective and his primary strengths are leadership, relationship building, commercial thinking and unpicking complex problems to find best for project solutions.
