Stephen offers over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, gained in project and construction management within the South Island and the UK.
His sector specialties include large format retail developments, commercial office, controlled environment buildings, heritage restoration and seismic projects. In post-earthquake Christchurch, Stephen developed a strong knowledge of local conditions, working on new build and seismic strengthening projects. His background as a chartered building surveyor complements his Engineer to the Contract experience. Stephen is solution focused and leads from the front, with projects under his control quickly earning the respect and trust of clients.
