Teresa has a strong legal background as a barrister and solicitor including acting in a large number of building defects litigation for insurance companies in defence of their insured clients including engineers, solicitors, valuers and architects.
She has been involved in drafting tripartite construction contracts (insurer/principal/contract) for use nationwide. Her legal and project management experience combine to give a deep understanding of contract processes and interpretation matched with her strong skills in alternative dispute resolution.
