Toni has an extensive background in Project Management, Procurement and Financial/ IT implementation projects. From senior roles in the wider construction industry, she understands business processes from the ‘ground up’, giving her a strong commercial eye.
Toni has significant experience in project planning through to procurement, negotiation and implementation as well as contract and supplier relationship management. Her experience working with clients, stakeholders, and consultants has covered a wide range of scales and industries, including both the government and private sector.
She has a deep understanding of the procurement requirements under the government rules of sourcing and specifically how these relate to health service providers under Te Whatu Ora. Her passion for people and projects translates into solid planning and implementation and best for project outcomes.
